What is the ESC TEAM programme?
ESC TEAM projects, part of the European Solidarity Corps, are short-term volunteering opportunities (2 weeks to 2 months) for young people aged 18–30 from EU Member States and partner countries. These projects focus on community-based activities that promote inclusion, solidarity, and cultural exchange. Fully funded by the EU, they cover travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and pocket money. Open to all, including those with fewer opportunities, these projects provide a unique chance to contribute to social causes while gaining new skills and experiences.
Our ESC TEAM projects
At Tur Cos Ta Posibel, we host three unique ESC TEAM projects designed to foster creativity, inclusion, and community impact.
At KIA, our twice-yearly projects bring volunteers to Aruba’s national prison to engage with residents through art, music, fashion, and design, alternating between the youth, women, and men’s wings.
Dream, Dare, Do empowers young people through artistic workshops, where participants learn leadership and teaching skills before sharing their expertise in fields like theatre, music, dance, and visual arts.
Finally, the Art Fair project immerses volunteers in Aruba’s vibrant art scene during the Mural Festival and ArtWeek, supporting activities like event management, marketing, and logistics while helping transform San Nicolas into the Caribbean’s Art Capital. Each project offers a meaningful, collaborative experience with a focus on creativity and personal growth.
