The project
In partnership with the organisation Gastheerschap+ in the Netherlands, we are offering a short-term volunteering opportunity for young people from Aruba. This ESC-funded project takes place near Rosmalen, where volunteers will live and work on the Cello site, supporting residents with disabilities.
Participants will contribute to daily practical tasks, assist with summer program activities, and help organise one large inclusive event for residents.
This is a unique chance to take part in a meaningful and inclusive experience while living and volunteering in a residential community.
Role & Responsibilities
Volunteers will be part of a diverse international team and engage in tasks such as:
- Supporting residents with everyday activities
- Assisting with summer workshops and events
- Organise one big event for the disabled residents
- Promoting participation and inclusion on site
- No prior experience is needed — just empathy, energy, and a team spirit.

- Aged 18 to 30

- Motivated, respectful, and open to learning
- Comfortable communicating in English
