The project
GAME. SET. IMPACT. is a unique ESC volunteering project organised by Tur Cos Ta Posibel and hosted by Beach Tennis Aruba, part of the global Beach Tennis Federation and organiser of the world’s largest ITF Beach Tennis tournament. Volunteers will join a diverse team of staff and locals to support the operations of this international sporting event. Tasks will include raking courts, ticket sales, uploading results, assisting with on-site operations, and helping prepare venues in the run-up and during the tournament.
In addition to learning about event management, volunteers will also have the chance to try beach tennis during their free time. This project embraces inclusion: we will welcome two intellectually impaired participants and young people with a prison background. Volunteers must therefore be open, respectful, and ready to live and work alongside people from different walks of life.
Accommodation and meals
Volunteers will be staying at Tur Cos Ta Posibel’s group house in shared rooms of 2–4 people of the same gender.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all bedrooms, three large bathrooms, a BBQ and sports area, and a spacious outdoor space.
Volunteers will prepare their own meals in the house during free time, while food and drinks will be provided at the tournament site during volunteering hours.
