NEW: Mural Festival & Art Week – ESC TEAM

Date of the project:

20th August – 10th September 2025

The project

Tur Cos Ta Posibel, in partnership with ArtisA, invites volunteers to join the 2025 Mural Festival & ArtWeek in San Nicolas, Aruba. This 3-week event transforms the town with murals, exhibitions, workshops, and performances. Volunteers support logistics: painting walls, moving materials, lifting items, and preparing spaces. Outdoor physical work in tropical heat is central. Based on skills and festival needs, volunteers may assist with audiovisual content (e.g. filming, editing) or event coordination (e.g. schedules, artist support). All contribute to core manual tasks. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with possible changes near the event. This is a chance to join a vibrant international festival, meet creatives from around the world, and take part in a meaningful community effort in Aruba’s art capital.

Who can apply?

Skills that the volunteer needs:

  • Motivation and openness to physical work
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Creativity or interest in the arts (a plus)
  • Photography/video editing (only if applying for AV role)

Accommodation and meals

Volunteers will stay in a shared community house in Pos Chiquito, near the main festival venues. Rooms are shared with 2–5 people. A food allowance will be provided via bank card, covering groceries and household needs (weekday lunches are provided at KIA). The house is fully equipped for self-catering and located just five minutes from the beach. Towels are provided. TCTP covers economy flights with hand luggage, and transport to the project. A welcome dinner and a closing meal are included to celebrate the beginning and end of the volunteering experience.
