About the project
Tur Cos Ta Posibel can host individual graduated trainees (2–12 months) or trainee groups (2-3 weeks) on specialized travel and tourism placements. We collaborate with education providers to agree on the complete programme content, ensuring it aligns with participants’ academic goals.
Activities will include extensive exposure to the Aruban Tourism Industry, including visits and participation in cultural activities, festivals, and shows. Placement opportunities are available at Fundacion Museo Arubano, where trainees can immerse themselves in the island’s cultural heritage.
Depending on timing, activities may also include involvement in the Aruba Art Fair, Aruba Carnival, or other annual touristic events.
Participants will not only visit tourist attractions but also engage behind the scenes, contributing to their creation. Graduated trainees can spend 2-12 months placed with one or more of our tourism partners, gaining hands-on experience and valuable industry insights.
