Are you ready for a life-changing experience in the Caribbean?
Tur Cos Ta Posibel is launching six new European Solidarity Corps (ESC) 5-6 month projects in Aruba starting January 2026 — offering young people from Europe the chance to live, learn, and contribute through art, sports, animal care, and community work.
These placements combine hands-on experience with social impact, guided by passionate local mentors in one of the most inspiring islands in the world.

💃 Dance project at Popcorn
Join Popcorn Blub to support creative workshops, performances, and community dance activities with local youth.
🎨 Art project at Artisa
Be part of Aruba’s contemporary art hub assisting with exhibitions, creative workshops, and cultural outreach.
🐴 Animal care project at Aruba Donkey Sanctuary
Help care for rescued donkeys and assist with feeding, cleaning, and educational activities for visitors.
Projects with detainees at KIA – the Correctional Institute of Aruba
🎨 Arts project at KIA
Support creative workshops where KIA detainees explore self-expression through painting, sculpture, and crafts.
🎵 Music project at KIA
Assist in music sessions and performances designed to foster confidence, discipline, and collaboration.
⚽ Sports coaching project at KIA
Organise and support inclusive sport sessions promoting health, teamwork, and motivation among KIA detainees.
3) Who Can Apply & What’s Covered
For this project, you MUST meet the following criteria:
✅ Be aged 18–30
✅ Live in an ESC programme country
✅ Be motivated to engage in social and creative community work (this is not a holiday)
✅ Have a valid European Solidarity Corps (ESC) participant number
All projects include:
✔️ Accommodation provided (shared volunteer housing)
✔️ Meals or meal allowance
✔️ Pocket money
✔️ Local transport
✔️ Travel costs reimbursed (based on ESC distance rules)
✔️ Full insurance & YouthPass certificate
4) The Recruitment Process
1️⃣ Apply online
Send your application (form + short motivation letter + CV if available) to the email listed for your chosen project.
🗓️ Deadline: 9 November 2025
2️⃣ Pre-selection & invitations
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited to a short online information session about the project and living in Aruba.
🗓️ Invitations sent between 10–15 November 2025
3️⃣ Selection Zoom (save the date)
Shortlisted candidates will meet with project coordinators (and other candidates) to finalise volunteer selection.
🗓️ 20 November 2025 at 12:00 (Aruba time)
4️⃣ Confirmation & travel preparation
Selected volunteers will receive their official offer and contract, followed by travel booking and pre-departure guidance.
🗓️ Final confirmation by 23–24 November 2025
✅ Projects begin in early January 2026 and last approximately 5.5 months (except Donkey Sanctuary – Date to be confirmed).
