The project
Tur Cos Ta Posibel will host this ESC TEAM in partnership with the women’s wing of our national prison KIA and our arts partner Artisa. Following an extremely successful activity earlier this year https://turcostaposibel.eu/amis-arts-music-in-inclusion-settings-esc-team/ in KIA’s youth wing, we will repeat a similar project with around 15 women who reside in KIA. Those residents who are 18-30 will participate on an equal footing as volunteers, others will benefit from the engaging activities we deliver. We are looking for volunteers with an interest and skills in fashion, design and art, who have a passion for inclusion and an empathy for people experiencing barriers in their lives.
Accommodation and meals
Volunteers will live in our Youth house with other international participants. Rooms will be shared for volunteer teams with between 3 and 5 people in a room. Volunteers will receive a weekly food allowance as well as a general kitty to be able to buy food and household necessities or as a group. The accommodation is well located, less than 10 minutes walk from a local beach and with all the appliances and equipment needed for your group to cook together. The house has 4 bathrooms and towels and bedsheets are provided.

- Fashion, design, modelling, hair and beauty or art
- Adaptable & Flexible in new situations
- Good time management skills
- Confident to try new things with different groups
- An empathy for people incarcerated in prison
