The project
Tur Cos Ta Posibel, in partnership with ArtisA, is once again transforming San Nicolas into a hub of creativity for our annual Mural Festival and ArtWeek. From large-scale street murals to gallery exhibitions, art fashion shows, workshops, and live performances, this vibrant event celebrates artistic expression in the Art Capital of the Caribbean.
This year, we’re inviting volunteers to join us behind the scenes, helping make this festival a reality. Logistical setup and preparation are the primary tasks for all volunteers. Our goal is to ensure everyone contributes equitably to the festival’s most pressing tasks; mainly heavy lifting, cleaning, painting, and other physical work.
Key Volunteer Role: Logistics & Operations
Main Focus: Support the physical and logistical setup of the festival.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with painting walls, prepping mural surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Lifting and carrying materials, setting up furniture or equipment
- Helping with general cleaning and site preparation
- Supporting artists and team members with basic on-site needs
- Performing outdoor tasks and other manual labor to prepare venues and public spaces
Who can apply?
Skills that the volunteer needs:
- Physical Labor: Volunteers must be able to engage in manual labor for extended periods, including lifting, carrying, and outdoor work.
