What is the European Solidarity Corps (ESC)?
The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) offers young people aged 18–30 the opportunity to engage in meaningful, long-term voluntary work abroad. ESC projects, typically lasting 2 to 12 months, address societal challenges such as social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and cultural development. Participants receive full funding for travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and pocket money, ensuring these opportunities are accessible to all, especially those with fewer opportunities. By immersing themselves in a new culture, ESC volunteers contribute to impactful projects, develop new skills, and gain valuable experiences that prepare them for their future.
