The AMIS project was a two-week TEAM ESC initiative in Aruba, uniting international and local volunteers to promote social inclusion through art and music. Focused on the youth wing of KIA, the national prison, participants collaborated to create a mural and record a CD featuring contributions from residents and volunteers, later shared with youth prisons across Europe and the Caribbean. Embracing communal living and cultural exchange, the project demonstrated the transformative power of creativity and proved that, as its name suggests, “Everything is Possible.”

The FAIS project, a two-week ESC TEAM initiative hosted by Tur Cos Ta Posibel in partnership with KIA’s women’s wing and Artisa, engaged volunteers in fashion, design, and art activities to promote inclusion and personal empowerment. Following the success of the AMIS project, FAIS focused on providing women in prison, particularly those aged 18-30, with opportunities to develop creative skills, fostering a sense of self-expression and confidence. Volunteers worked closely with the women, promoting empathy and inclusion while creating lasting impact through collaborative art and design activities.
