The project
We will host volunteers in Community Engagement and Project Support activities. Volunteers will have the opportunity to support Tur Cos Ta Posibel in the implementation of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, as well as a variety of local initiatives that benefit the community.
Volunteers will assist the team in the planning, preparation, and implementation of youth exchanges, training courses, ESC projects, and community-based activities. They will support project management tasks, social media and communication activities, content creation, event organization, and the hosting of international groups visiting Aruba. This includes helping participants settle in, supporting logistics, facilitating activities, and showcasing the local culture and community.
As part of the daily life of the organisation, volunteers may also assist with practical organisational tasks that help keep projects and volunteer spaces running smoothly. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in project management, youth work, intercultural learning, communication, group facilitation, and community development.
Volunteers will be involved in the daily activities of the organisation and will have the opportunity to contribute to both local and international projects that create a positive impact in Aruba. They will be encouraged to bring their own ideas, talents, and cultural backgrounds into the activities and projects they support.
